We are not accepting members yet, since we are in the prototype phase.

We are glad you want to join the Merit Economy. The Merit Economy has many benefits for its members, including increased financial flexibility, availability of work, market analysis tools, and free advertisement for ones business. Before joining, make sure you have read and fully understood the member agreement. Membership is available to anyone who agrees to our terms. Currently, membership is limited to one-per-person; businesses may register but must do so under the name of an appointed individual (this policy may change in the near future).

You must meet us in person:

To join the Merit Economy, you must meet in person with one of our coordinators. This is to ensure that all members fully understand the purpose, and rules of the merit economy. We currently have offices in Newark, Delaware, so you would need to travel to this area in order to sign up. Call Alex Zorach @ (302) 366-7663 to set up an appointment. As we grow in the future, we hope to have coordinators in a wider range of geographic areas. If you are interested, contact us.
